The Westin Carolina Perch Rig Kits are pre-tied, ready-to-use Carolina rigs designed specifically for perch fishing with soft plastic baits. Each kit provides everything needed to present a soft plastic at depth on a Carolina-style leader, allowing the bait to move naturally above the bottom while the weight maintains contact.
Pre-rigged
Fluorocarbon leader
Free from toxic phthalates
Ultra sharp EWG hooks
Reuseable EVA spool
Best Techniques
Drag slowly along the bottom, pausing regularly to allow the soft plastic to flutter above the substrate. Particularly effective in deeper water or when perch are holding close to the bottom.
