Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our range at lureset.com, add items to your basket, and follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase. No account is required, though creating one gives you access to Reward Club cashback and order history.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. A confirmation email is sent as soon as your order is placed. You can also check your order status at any time via the Check Your Order link on our website.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

As we dispatch orders very quickly (same day before 1pm), please contact us as soon as possible on 07768 001236, WhatsApp or email us at [email protected] if you need to make a change. We will always do our best to help.

Can I order by phone or WhatsApp?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Trustly, and ClearPay. All options are available at checkout.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Both Klarna and ClearPay are available at checkout, giving you the flexibility to spread the cost of your order.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Absolutely. Lureset is a verified business and all payments are processed securely through trusted providers. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We primarily ship to UK. For international destination, please contact us before placing your order as an additional surcharge will apply.

How much does delivery cost?

Orders over £40: Standard delivery (3–5 working days) - FREE
Orders under £40: Standard delivery (3–5 working days) - £2.99
1–2 working day service: £4.99 (any order value)
Next working day Special Delivery: £9.99 (any order value)

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Any order placed before 1pm Monday to Friday is dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

Saturday delivery is not standard. If you require it, please contact us by email in advance before placing your order so we can arrange it for you.

What happens with orders placed on bank holidays?

All orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the next available working day. This includes bank holiday Mondays, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and Easter Weekend.

Which couriers do you use?

We use Royal Mail Tracked, ParcelForce Express, and DX Courier, depending on the service you select at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. All tracked orders include a unique tracking number, which is emailed to you and attached to your order record on our website.

What if I’m not in when my parcel arrives?

A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available, the courier will leave a calling card and take the parcel to the local depot. You should then contact the depot as soon as possible to arrange redelivery or collection.

What if my order appears to be lost?

Royal Mail and ParcelForce require 10 working days after dispatch before they can officially investigate a lost parcel. We will work within that timeframe and can provide proof of postage on request. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier.

What should I do if there’s a problem with my order contents?

Please check the contents of your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us straight away if anything is missing or damaged. If possible, check contents while the courier is still present, or sign as “unchecked” and note any damaged packaging on the courier’s docket before they leave.

Do you have a physical shop?

No - Lureset is an online-only retailer. However, we can arrange collection from our London warehouse for customers who prefer to pick up in person.

How do I arrange a warehouse collection?

Collection must be arranged in advance. Please contact us on 07768 001236 or via WhatsApp before placing your order so we can confirm a suitable time for you.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a generous 60-day returns window, so you can shop with confidence. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

Please contact us immediately by phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order number and a description of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Yes! We have a dedicated JDM Tackle section featuring premium Japanese brands not always available elsewhere in the UK.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Stock availability is shown on every product page. If it shows In Stock, it is available to order immediately and will be dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm.
